Mask-Optional Office Policy (May 2023): The public health emergency has been rescinded based on achieving the lowest COVID-19 community levels and community transmissions. As a result, masks are now optional in the office. For those who need/elect to wear masks, our staff and doctors will honor your preference by also wearing masks during your medical interactions in the office.

COVID-19 Policy/Procedures: Re-opening

The Eye & Sight Center is pleased to announce that we are resuming in-person patient appointments in both our Voorhees and Woodbury Heights offices with modifications to our offices and our office procedures due to COVID-19.

Consistent with COVID19 mandates from the State of NJ (NJ Dep of Law & Public Safety- Division of Consumer Affairs, Executive Order No. 145, Administrative Order No. 2020-07):

  • We have enhanced our already strict infection control practices with additional cleaning, sanitizing and disinfection protocols
  • All Doctors, Staff, and Patients are required to wear a mask/cloth face coverings in the office
  • COVID-19 Health screenings are performed on Doctors, Staff and Patients on a daily basis.
  • ALL PATIENT FORMS NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT to maximize social distancing in the waiting rooms.

Dr. Gubman continues to be available for HIPAA Compliant Telehealth / Video Conferencing appointments as well.
